  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

    Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Courier delays

    • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

    TwirlVilla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional periods.

 

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided details.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

TwirlVilla is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the package (if possible), or

  • Take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours at Twirlvilla@gmail.com
